2. The dental support organization has 269 affiliated practices, located in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas and Virginia.
3. All of the practices affiliated with Great Expressions Dental Centers are independently owned and operated.
4. This acquisition marks Roark's entrance into retail healthcare.
5. Jefferies served as the financial advisor to Great Expressions Dental Centers. Paul, Weiss and DLA Piper served as legal counsel to Roark.
