6. District of Columbia: 71.45
7. Michigan: 70.95
8. Massachusetts: 69.77
9. South Dakota: 65.74
10. Idaho: 65.08

1. Mississippi: 34.01
2. Arkansas: 35.51
3. Alabama: 36.28
4. West Virginia: 36.80
5. Montana: 37.64
6. Louisiana: 41.07
