During the month of September, almost 1,000 patients were treated at a free dental clinic in Davenport, Iowa, according to local news station WQAD.

Hosted by the Iowa Mission of Mercy, this was the 12th year the free dental clinic was offered. All services were provided voluntarily and totaled almost $800,000 in dental care.

The 2020 event will be held Nov. 6-7 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, Iowa.
