Patients line up in middle of the night to receive free care at Florida clinic

Patients began lining up at 4 a.m. on Oct. 11 to get a chance to receive free dental care at St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Klement Family Dental, according to FOX 13.

Dentists and hygienists provided cleanings, fillings and extractions for free to patients on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients could request one of the three services.

In the line, patients waited with blankets, fold-up lawn chairs and other comfort items to hold their place in line. The free care was provided through the Dentistry from the Heart program, a nonprofit that provides free dental care on a global scale.
