SmileLove allegedly fails to deliver $1.5K teeth aligners to Arizona woman

An Arizona woman claims she sent almost $1,500 to SmileLove for teeth aligners that she never received, according to 3TV CBS 5.

Christine Freseman told the news station she came across Utah-based SmileLove online. After reviewing the company's website, Ms. Freseman paid SmileLove nearly $1,500 in February to send her an impression kit. From those impressions, SmileLove was to send her clear aligners so she could start the straightening process.

Ms. Freseman told 3TV CBS 5 that she has only received an impression kit. It's been nearly six months since the payment, and Ms. Freseman said she's asked numerous times for her aligner or her money back.

The Better Business Bureau has given SmileLove an "F" rating due to similar complaints, even writing, "SmileLove is still recruiting customers after refusing refunds and announcing production problems."

SmileLove failed to respond to 3TV CBS 5's multiple attempts to request comment.
