Equity firm Sheridan Capital Partners finalized the majority recapitalization of Smile Doctors, one of the firm's existing portfolio companies.

2. Since investing in Smile Doctors, the dental service organization has grown from 12 clinics in Texas and Georgia to over 90 clinics across 11 states.
3. Smile Doctors is the largest orthodontic dental support organization. The company is devoted to developing and growing affiliated orthodontic practices.
