Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental Management selected Thomas Marler to serve as president and CEO, effective immediately.

1. Mr. Marler brings more than 16 years of experience leading dental service organizations to his new role.
2. Most recently, he served as CEO of Plano, Texas-based Dental One, supporting 136 dental offices throughout 13 states.
3. Previously, Mr. Marler also served as CEO of Intelident Solutions, which owned Tampa, Fla.-based Coast Dental Services. He also led DDS Labs and DentistRx.
4. Before joining the dental service industry, Mr. Marler spent 18 years working in telecommunications.
5. Sage Dental Management comprises more than 60 offices throughout Florida and Georgia.
