Irvine, Calif.-based Smile Brands appointed Kevin Rogus as vice president of mergers and acquisitions, the Orange County Business Journal reports.

1. Mr. Rogus previously served as COO and headed mergers and acquisitions for Fort Mill, S.C.-based Family Care Partners, an independent primary and urgent care provider. He also previously served as Morgan Stanley's a vice president of investment banking at Morgan Stanley.
