1. The new practice is located in Vista, Calif.
2. Dentists at the new practice accept uninsured and privately insured patients in addition to residents covered by the Medi-Cal Dental program.
3. An opening celebration for the office will be held Oct. 15.
4. Western Dental comprises 249 affiliated offices.
