Woodbridge, Va.-based dental leadership organization Lightwave announced the promotion of David Wurtzbacher to president Sept. 1.
Mr. Wurtzbacher joined Lightwave in 2017 as CFO, working alongside the CEO Justin Jory on the organization's growth. His promotion to president comes after Lightwave doubled in size this year.
Lightwave has more than 60 offices in Virginia and North Carolina and more than 50 shareholder doctors and team members.
Formerly Light Wave Dental, Lightwave recently rebranded and shifted its business model from a dental support organization to a dental leadership organization.
