Dallas-based Beacon Oral Specialists has entered a strategic agreement to add five practices to its network.
Beacon's newest affiliations include Los Gatos (Calif.) Oral & Facial Surgery; Agoura Hills (Calif.) Oral Surgery, Chula Vista (Calif.) Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center; Desert Maxillofacial Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif.; and Loudon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Ashburn, Va.
Beacon, a portfolio company of private equity firm Blue Sea Capital, is now partnered with more than 80 oral surgeons practicing in 70 locations nationwide.
