Here are eight dental groups and DSOs that have recently expanded in the Southeast:
1. Lexington, Ky.-based PepperPointe Partnerships formed a new dental group practice in Virginia that includes 11 orthodontic and pediatric dental practices, 15 dentist partners and 24 office locations.
2. Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS partnered with the Loudoun Center for Oral Surgery in Sterling, Va.
3. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Endo Partners added Laskin Endodontic Specialists to its network.
4. Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners added Arlington Dental Aesthetics, South Riding Smiles and Galleria Dental Aesthetics in McLean, Va.
5. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental acquired practices in Wesley Chapel and New Tampa, Fla.
6. Brentwood, Tenn.-based Marquee Dental Partners added Lumina Dental, which has locations in Brandon and Lutz, Fla.
7. Little Rock, Ark.-based Rock Dental Brands affiliated with Coastline Orthodontics in Jacksonville, Fla.
8. Smile Brands opened a practice in Bentonville, Ark., under its brand Monarch Dental.
