Question: What is one thing on your bucket list?

Susan Huff: Visiting all 50 states, together, with my husband and children.

Q: What is your favorite accomplishment of 2022?

SH: Getting our annual Christmas cards in the mail Dec. 1.

Q: What's the most valuable skill every leader should have?

SH: Vulnerability. It's a strength, not a weakness.

Q: How do you wind down after a long workday?

SH: I don't work; I just live. There is no wind down when you care for an organization, department teams and a family of six (plus a few pets)! But, when I am outside of the MB2 walls, I enjoy cooking and baking for my family, hosting neighborhood friends at my home for seasonal parties, cheering on the sidelines of my kiddos' teams, going to concerts, reading and taking care of my home.
