Dentists top list of physicians Americans wish they saw more often

A survey from Delta Dental found Americans want to see their dentist more than any other provider.

Here are the nine providers Americans want to see.

1. Dentist — 41 percent
2. Dermatologist — 28 percent
3. Gynecologist — 25 percent
4. General practitioner — 23 percent
5. Psychiatrist —16 percent
6. Urologist — 16 percent
7. Allergist —15 percent
8. Podiatrist — 14 percent
9. Endocrinologist — 12 percent
