Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based National Dentex Labs has acquired St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Dental Services Group.

1. NDX is the largest network of fully-owned dental labs in the U.S. providing restorative dentistry solutions, with more than 30 full-service labs across the nation.
2. Dental Services Group is a growing network of dental laboratories across North America offering options in fixed, removable, implant, orthodontics, and sleep dentistry products and services.
3. The combined company will operate under the National Dentex Labs brand.
4. Together, the organization will support nearly 4,000 employees and serve more than 50,000 customers across North America.
5. NDX was acquired by an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, a global leader in alternative investing, in October 2020.
