Foothill Ranch, Calif.-based Biolase announced its financial results for 2021's first quarter ending March 31.
The company reported a net revenue growth of 70 percent to $8.1 million, with Biolase laser system sales increasing 139 percent.
"Our strong first quarter revenue performance reflects increased awareness and pent up demand for our industry-leading dental lasers as dental offices in the U.S. and abroad continue to reopen and patient volumes return to near pre-COVID-19 levels," said John Beaver, president and CEO.
