Customers who complete clear aligner therapy and maintain their SmileDirectClub retainer subscription will qualify for the lifetime guarantee. The guarantee ensures customers can qualify for a free set of aligners on an annual basis, if determined necessary by the prescribing dentist or orthodontist.
