Orthodontic practice management software developer Tops launched Tops DPX, a patient engagement platform.
The platform includes two-way texting between staff and patients, automated appointment reminders, the ability to gather patient reviews, and newsletter email templates, according to an Oct. 2 news release from Tops.
Tops serves orthodontic practices across 24 countries, the release said.
