Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental completed the implementation of VideaHealth's dental AI platform into all of its supported practices.
VideaAI has helped Heartland Dental practices increase patient engagement, improve operational efficiency and enhance staff training and education, according to an April 23 news release from Heartland Dental.
The achievement marks the largest dental AI rollout in history, which was completed in less than 10 weeks.
The DSO first announced its plans to add VideaAI to its practices in December.
Heartland Dental is the largest DSO in the U.S., supporting more than 1,700 practices across 39 states and Washington, D.C., the release said.
