Ameritas is now offering a lifetime deductible to new tailored group dental plans at no additional cost.
The deductible will be automatically set up for groups that did not have an in-force Ameritas dental plan as of June 30, according to an Aug. 4 news release.
Once members meet the deductible, they will not have to meet it again as long as they stay with the same employer.
The initiative is designed to increase retention among both members and policyholders, the release said.
