Dental supplier Patterson Cos. reported $567.3 million in net dental sales during its 2024 fiscal first quarter, which ended July 29, according to its Aug. 30 financial report.

1. Net dental sales increased 1.7 percent from the same period from 2022, when net sales were $557.92 million.
2. Dental consumable sales increased from $337.84 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2022 to $352.05 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2023.
3. Dental equipment sales decreased 6.1 percent, earning $137.55 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2023 compared to $146.51 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2022.
4. The dental sector of the company recorded an operating income of $38.67 million during the quarter.
