Dental practice purchases and mergers and acquisitions facilitator Professional Transition Strategies closed 30 dental practice transition deals in the third quarter, according to an Oct. 17 news release from the company.

Here are five additional notes on the company’s third-quarter growth:

1. The 30 completed deals had a combined enterprise value of $87 million.

2. The dental practices the company brought to market in the third quarter reached a total deal flow of $360 million.

3. The company onboarded $432 million in collections.

4. The practices involved in the company’s transactions had an average EBITDA of $650,000, with the highest EBITDA reaching $8.7 million.

5. Professional Transition Strategies created 1,845 opportunities for buyers.
