5 dentists owning new practices

Here are five dentists who have taken ownership of practices so far in 2024:

1. Eric Xu, DDS, purchased a dental clinic in Olympia, Wash., from Chad Kleven, DDS. The clinic, formerly known as Pacific Northwest Dental, was rebranded to Precision Dentistry of Olympia.

2. Michael Schroer, DDS, transferred ownership of Schroer Periodontist and Implants in Gloucester Point, Va., to Jennifer Anderson, DMD, in preparation for his retirement.

3. Sabrina Salim, DDS, purchased Faircourt Dental Smile Studio from Mary Sue Stonisch, DDS. Dr. Stonisch retired following 37 years of practicing dentistry.

4. Brevard, N.C.-based Carolina Smiles Family Dental purchased a dental office in Etowah following the death of the former owner.

5. Kyle Tuttle, DMD, took over Barnett Orthodontics in Richfield, Utah, April 1. The practice will be rebranded to Hometown Orthodontics.
