To create the seventh annual list, released July 23, Forbes partnered with Statista to survey more than 150,000 women working at companies with at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. Survey participants were asked how likely they were to recommend their employers and were also asked to rank their employers in several categories, including working environment, pay equity, parental leave and the company’s handling of incidents related to sexual misconduct and discrimination. Statista also researched the percentage of women in executive and board positions at each company.
Six hundred companies were included in the final ranking.
Here are the three dental companies on the list:
