Orthodontic company upgrades its clear aligner system

Franklin, Ind.-based G&H Orthodontics released updates to its Tune clear aligner system, giving orthodontists more control over treatment plans.

The features in Tune’s SmileStudio 1.1 includes automatic buccal and lingual attachment suggestions, the creation of custom pontics, advanced staging by tooth sequence or movement and the increased ability to visualize interproximal contacts, according to an Aug. 28 news release. 

Tune, which is FDA-approved, has been used to treat more than 100,000 cases. 

G&H Orthodontics is a dental product manufacturer, including wire products, brackets, bands, tubes and elastomerics, the release said.
