Dental companies raise $980M in 50 days

Here are four companies in the dental industry that have raised new capital and received investments totaling $983 million that Becker’s has reported on since July 24:

1. Dental technology company Carestream Dental raised more than $525 million of new capital.

2. LightForce Orthodontics, a developer of 3D printed dental brackets, received a commitment of $50 million from Trinity Capital.

3. Richmond Hill, Ga.-based SGA Dental Partners received a new $350 million credit facility.

4. Dental AI company Pearl raised $58 million in series B funding.
