2. Birner Dental Management Services’ earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization, stock grant and stock-based compensation expense, dropped 31.3 percent, hitting $213,000.

3. The company’s net loss per share increased $0.30 for the third quarter.

4. Birner Dental Management Services’ revenue fell $1.5 million, hitting $46 million, for the ninth months ended Sept. 30.

5. The company’s adjusted EBITDA was $862,000 for the ninth months ended Sept. 30.
