The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America has expanded access to individual dental insurance products.

The new expansion is designed for individuals who do not have access to or are not eligible for traditional workplace benefits, according to a March 31 news release.

Guardian has a dental network of 130,000 dental providers.

Here are the new offerings:

  • The company launched a dental plan available directly to individuals. The Preferred Provider Plan has an annual maximum benefit of $3,000
  • Guardian partnered with Kelsey National and VSP Individual Plans to provide a dental, vision and hearing bundle.
  • The insurer improved its individual accident insurance policy, which will make a benefit payment to individuals if they or their dependents have a covered accidental injury.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
