UMKC School of Dentistry names Dr. Paul Luepke as dean

The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry has selected Paul Luepke, DDS, as its next dean. 

In the role, Dr. Luepke will lead the university’s dental school, guide the transition to the school’s new building in 2026 and take the lead on the dental school’s proposed satellite campus, according to an April 10 news release from UMKC.

Dr. Luepke most recently served as associate dean of faculty affairs, interim associate dean for clinical and extramural affairs and chair of periodontology in the College of Dentistry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

The appointment is effective June 1, the release said.
