Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity has added a multi-location and multi-doctor orthodontic practice in Louisiana.
The addition marks the organization’s first practice in Louisiana, according to a July 8 news release.
The company is a doctor-owned, governed, and led DSO supporting orthodontists and pediatric dentists.
Phase 1 Equity has also added practices in Tennessee and Texas so far this year.
