Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity had made its first addition in Pennsylvania.
The company added a multi-location and multi-doctor orthodontic practice in Pennsylvania, marking its fourth practice addition of 2025, according to a July 16 news release from Phase 1 Equity.
With the addition, Phase 1 Equity now has a network of 21 practices. The organization has also entered Louisiana and Tennessee this year.
Phase 1 Equity is a doctor-owned, governed, and led DSO supporting orthodontists and pediatric dentists.
