1. Dr. Doug’s Pediatric Dentistry, a dental practice in Logan, Utah, provided notice of a recent data security incident Aug. 14.
2. Precision Endodontics of Raleigh in North Carolina suffered an email breach that exposed certain patient information.
3. West Texas Oral Facial Surgery in Lubbock was hit with a data breach affecting more than 11,000 individuals.
4. 32 Pearls, which has locations in Seattle and University Place, Wash., experienced a data breach affecting 23,517 individuals.
