Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health opened Azusa (Calif.) Modern Dentistry; Grand Terrace (Calif.) Modern Dentistry; Rocklin (Calif.) Crossings Dentistry; Paseo Dentistry in Carlsbad, Calif.; Genesee Dentists in San Diego; Dentists of West Sacramento (Calif.); Greenspot Crossings Dentistry in Highland, Calif.; Fresno (Calif.) Modern Dentistry; Fontana (Calif.) Modern Dentistry; and Dentists on Sand Canyon in Santa Clarita, Calif.
Chicago-based Aspen Dental opened offices in Palm Springs and Santa Maria, Calif.
Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added its first California practice.

Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS expanded into the Greater Austin market by partnering with Heart of Texas Oral Surgery. It also added Kerrville (Texas) Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, North Austin Oral Surgery and Kerrville Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Chicago-based Aspen Dental opened an office in Humble, Texas.
Metairie, La.-based Smilebliss Orthodontics added six locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas.

Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added its first Ohio practice.
New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired six dental practices in Toledo, Maumee, Oregon, Alliance, Akron and Louisville, Ohio.
Phoenix-based Salt Dental Partners added Empire Dental Specialty Group in Beavercreek and West Chester, Ohio.
