Los Angeles-based Cal Dental USA expanded its network by adding seven practices through its affiliate program in 2025, according to a Dec. 16 news release from the DSO.
Here are five more notes on the organization’s growth this year:
- The affiliate program is designed for independent and solo dental providers and practices. The program’s free tier provides network access and brand alignment, while the paid tier offers expanded operational, marketing and administrative support.
- Cal Dental USA launched its internal dental laboratory, which fabricated 2,000 dental units during its first year.
- The lab helped practices improve turnaround times, standardize clinical quality and rely less on outside vendors.
- The organization worked with brokerage firm All In Capital Realty to strengthen its real estate capabilities.
- In 2026, Cal Dental USA is looking to grow its network in Florida and has completed on-the-ground market assessments in the state.
