4. Mr. Lytle’s two co-conspirators, Ronald Weir and Irina Kossovskaia, were ordered to pay nearly $1 million in restitution. Mr. Weir was ordered to pay $802,000, and Ms. Kossovskaia was ordered to pay $92,000.
5. Mr. Weir was also sentenced to two years in prison while Ms. Kossovskaia was sentenced to a year and three months.
