3. Sarasota, Fla.-based Parkview Dental hired Lisa Burris as director of business development.
4. Practice management software company Dental Intelligence appointed Scott Johnson to serve as its next CEO.
5. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management promoted oral surgeon Joshua E. Gish, DDS, to the role of president.
