Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity has added its second practice in New Jersey.
The DSO’s newest addition is a multi-site orthodontic practice, according to a Jan. 26 news release. The deal also represents the company’s second practice addition in 2026.
Phase 1 Equity first entered New Jersey in September.
Phase 1 Equity is a doctor-owned platform supporting orthodontists and pediatric dentists in the U.S.
