Ms. Merlo succeeds Dyke Davies, who is retiring after more than 20 years. During his time as COO, Mr. Davies oversaw significant revenue and membership growth, including the addition of more than one million subscribers.
Most recently, Ms. Merlo served as chief marketing and sales officer for Delta Dental of Washington. She was on the board of directors for Delta Dental of Washington’s foundation.
