The Aspen Group’s 2025 dental growth in 10 numbers

Chicago-based The Aspen Group’s dental brands, Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, continued its expansion in 2025, driven by investments in clinical training, AI tools and digital infrastructure. 

Here are 10 stats on the growth of the dental brands last year:

  1. Aspen Dental increased its implant training capacity by more than 25% year over year. 
  2. Several hundred dentists and providers completed advanced implant surgery programs through TAG University. 
  3. Aspen Dental practices piloting AI-enabled diagnostic support tools reported a 12% increase in patient acceptance of recommended treatment. 
  4. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers delivered more than 50,000 3D-printed dental prostheses in 2025. 
  5. Aspen Dental’s network of independent practice owners grew by about 15% year over year. 
  6. Adoption of Motto clear aligners at Aspen Dental locations increased by about 30% year over year. 
  7. Aspen Dental providers delivered $15 million in donated care to underserved patients in 2025 through its Oral Care Center for Excellence.
  8. Aspen Dental opened 21 new practice locations and recorded more than 5.2 million patient visits in 2025. 
  9. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers treated more than 27,500 implant patients and expanded into three new markets.
  10. Across its five healthcare brands, The Aspen Group operates more than 1,400 locations in 46 states.
