Here are five mergers and acquisitions that took place in the dental industry in March:
- Overland Park, Kan.-based Aria Care Partners entered Arizona with the acquisition of Coronado Dental.
- Hulme Orthodontics merged one of its offices with Beitchman Orthodontics in Boerne, Texas.
- New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired Toledo (Ohio) Periodontics. It also acquired Lebanon Family Dental and Lebanon Dental Cornwall in Pennsylvania.
- Principal Financial Group, a provider of dental benefits, entered into a definitive agreement with Southland Benefit Solutions to acquire DentaNet, the largest dental network in Alabama.
