Garrisonville Dental in Stafford, Va., suffered a data breach affecting 5,204 individuals.
The practice said it was notified by a vendor on March 19 that a cyber incident occurred between Oct. 15 and Oct. 23, 2025. Email accounts and vendor files containing limited patient information were accessed during the incident, according to a notice on the practice’s website. The information that may have been accessed in the breach includes identifying information, medical and health insurance information and Social Security numbers.
The practice said there is currently no evidence that any of the information affected by the data breach has been misused.
The data breach was submitted to the HHS Department’s Office for Civil Rights breach portal May 15.
