The American Dental Association’s Forsyth Institute was recently listed among the top research institutions in the Cure Innovation Index.
The Cure Innovation Index is the first evidence-based ranking of U.S. biomedical research institutions. The ADA Forsyth Institute is the only dental-focused institution included on the list, according to a June 5 news release.
The index evaluated more than 6,000 institutions across three dimensions: research capabilities, entrepreneurial readiness and market translation. The index used federal and commercial databases along with surveys of more than 3,000 scientists, industry leaders and biomedical experts to create the final ranking.
The final list featured 303 institutions, including 243 universities and 60 institutes and centers. ADA Forsyth made the 54th spot on the institutes and centers list.
At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
