Dentistry’s highest-paid CEO

Align Technology CEO Joseph Hogan is one of the highest-paid CEOs among S&P 500 companies, The Wall Street Journal reported June 22.

The Journal ranked compensation for CEOs who had been in their roles for at least one year for fiscal years ending after June 30, 2025, and disclosing pay before May 30, 2026. The organizations used pay data from MyLogIQ to create its ranking.

Mr. Hogan ranked No. 176 on the list, with his total compensation listed as $19 million, a -29.7% decline from last year. Median employee pay for Align Technology was listed as $31,454.
