Englewood, Colo.-based Lone Peak Dental Group has completed a $170 million recapitalization led by TCW Steel City, a private credit platform.

The financing includes a term loan, revolver and delayed draw term loan to support future acquisitions, according to a July 7 news release. Additional lenders included Brightwood Capital Advisors, CIFC Asset Management and CalSTRS.

CEO Ray Caruso said the recapitalization positions the DSO to accelerate growth while continuing to expand access to care in the communities it serves.

The recapitalization comes after the DSO received a $15 million mezzanine debt investment from o15 Capital Partners in June.

Lone Peak supports more than 90 practices across 14 states.
