New York man arrested for breaking into dental office

A New York man was recently arrested for breaking into a dental office and damaging equipment, The Ithaca Voice reported Aug. 27.

New York State Police responded to a report of a burglary at McCutcheon, Patel, Livermore & Associates in Lansing, N.Y, during the early morning hours of Aug. 26. Nicholas Robert Maier, 25, was arrested at the scene.

Mr. Maier allegedly damaged windows and a glass door, entered the office and damaged various pieces of dental equipment. He was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, both felonies.
