Woodside Health, a real estate private equity firm, acquired two medical properties in Virginia anchored by Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance.
Hillcrest Medical Office Building and Volvo Medical Office, both located in Chesapeake, Va., total 25,000 square feet, according to a Sept. 2 news release from Woodside Health.
Dental Care Alliance supports more than 400 practices across 24 states.
