Houston-based Specialty1 Partners has entered a joint venture partnership with Greater Waterbury (Conn.) Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
The practice is led by John Hillgen IV, DMD.
The deal pushes Specialty1’s network to 226 locations across 29 states.
Specialty1 Partners has landed several joint ventures this year, including in Pennsylvania, California and Ohio. The DSO was included on the 2026 Inc. 5000 Regionals list of the fastest-growing companies, with a 39% percentage growth rate between 2022 and 2024.
