How a Connecticut dentist is improving the patient experience

Howard Levitt, DDS, of Brookfield, Conn.-based Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, launched a website to improve existing patients’ experience and attract new patients.

The new website can be accessed through patients’ phones, tablets and computers. It features information patients need for their fist visit, patient registration forms, information of dentists, procedure information and social media access.

“The app format will allow for fast and easy navigation to get all needed information, office contact, travel directions and much more,” Dr. Levitt said.

Dr. Levitt earned his doctor of dental surgery degree from New York University Dental School in New York City. Along with operating his private practice, he has also served as the director of the Danbury (Conn.) Hospital Dental Clinic.
