Richmond, Va.-based KAC Dental has acquired two dental practices in Virginia.
The group purchased the practice of Anthony Puller, DDS, located in Richmond, Va., and Allgood Family Dentistry, located in Midlothian, Va., according to information shared with Becker’s.
KAC Dental is led by Kevin Criscitiello, DDS, and provides services including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, extractions, fillings and dental implants, according to its website.
With the acquisitions, KAC Dental owns and operates four dental practices.
