The association’s Back to Practice staff training program gives step-by-step instructions for dentists to facilitate training sessions with their staff, including guidance on scheduling appointments and infection control for patients and employees. The guide also provides an agenda for conducting a “dress rehearsal” before allowing patients to enter practices for their appointments.

Completion of the training program can earn dental employees four units of core continuing education credit.
